WORKSHOP SUPPORT
To support our services as an installer,we have a warehouse in east jakarta, which we also use as a pre-fabrication workshop for our products for easy installation in our On-shore or Off-shore field projects.
Our workshop is also equipped with all the needed tools used to run the prefabrication work (spool-making) and installation in the field.
STOCKIEST
As an authorized distributor, we also provide complete stocks of certain product in Bondstrand product. In addition,we also have buffer stocks that are sufficient to address urgent circumstances.All of our products are certified with quality,whether they may be main products or supporting products such as fittings and adhesive connections, among many others.
Any materials received by Flowtech Cipta Pratama are property identified, labeling and storage, until final disposition or delivery.
QUALITY CONTROL
PT Flowtech Cipta Pratama services and products are carefully designed for meet the customers’ needs and expectations; to ensure this we have implemented a layered quality control system in the workshop and during installation in the field.
With detailed recording system the error will be minimal and we can easily trace back information in case we need to investigate error in previous projects.

WARRANTY
Not all companies in this industry dare to give a warranty to the project owner, especially to the main contractor. But because of our belief in the quality of our products and the result of our work, we offer a warranty for both the project owner and main contractor.
HSE
As a services company PT Flowtech Cipta Pratama that has been working across off-shore and on-shore projects, HSE is certainly one of the main concerns for us.
To minimize the accident rates,Flowtech Cipta Pratama always conduct complete medical checkups for engineers who are going to work in the field.
One safety training is the T-BOSIET (Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training), that has met the international OPITO standardization.
With all the HSE procedures followed strictly by our team, none of the off-shore and on-shore companies doubt our level of safety at work.
